We are in search of a skilled Guest Services Supervisor.

The Role

As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading our Front Office team to deliver outstanding service to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless experience from arrival to departure. You will oversee the daily functions of the Front Office, which encompasses Reception, Reservations, and Concierge services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the Front Office team to provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure all front desk operations are executed with precision, including check-in, check-out, and billing processes
  • Develop and enforce protocols to guarantee the efficient functioning of the Front Office, including inventory and supply management
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to facilitate a cohesive guest experience
  • Monitor guest feedback and initiate improvements to enhance service quality
  • Train new hires and provide ongoing development opportunities for all team members
  • Formulate and implement strategies aimed at boosting revenue and occupancy rates

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable position within the hospitality sector
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a talent for motivating and developing a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at resolving guest concerns
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems, such as Opera or Fidelio
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while managing multiple responsibilities
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven success in meeting revenue goals and enhancing guest satisfaction
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
