Key Responsibilities- Reservation Management: Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communication: Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping and the front desk, to ensure a coordinated approach to reservations and guest services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations and cancellations.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell hotel services and amenities to guests.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on reservations and revenue as required.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Ability to work effectively under pressure and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
