Guest Services Supervisor

We are in search of a skilled Guest Services Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading our Front Office team, ensuring that our guests experience outstanding service from the moment they arrive until their departure. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Front Office, which encompasses Reception, Reservations, and Concierge services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and guide the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee all front desk operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in check-in, check-out, and billing processes.
- Develop and enforce procedures to maintain smooth Front Office operations, including inventory and supply management.
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to provide a seamless guest journey.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
- Facilitate training for new hires and provide ongoing development for existing team members.
- Formulate and execute strategies aimed at boosting revenue and occupancy rates.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality sector.
- Proven leadership and management abilities, with a focus on team motivation and development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at resolving guest concerns.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems, such as Opera or Fidelio.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while managing multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in meeting revenue goals and enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
