Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Employee Relations and Engagement Specialist to join our HR team at pladis Foods Limited in Carlisle, UK. As an Employee Relations and Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our employee relations strategy and developing initiatives to improve engagement levels across our site.
Your responsibilities will include providing coaching support to our management team on people-related matters, working closely with leadership teams to identify areas impacting business performance, and leading resolution of complex employee relations matters in partnership with site senior management.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Substantial previous experience of working in a fast-moving HR environment
- A background of having experience of key employee relations matters
- Strong planning, project management, and organisational skills
