We are seeking a skilled Local Employer Engagement Specialist to join our team in Carlisle. As an Employer Account Manager, you will play a vital role in generating appropriate vacancy opportunities for Ingeus participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing employers to generate vacancies for Ingeus participants.
  • Effectively sell the services of Ingeus, including the Restart Programme and wider business offering, to all new and potential employers.
  • Make regular contact with key employers with repeat vacancies and conduct monthly meetings with employers where ongoing recruitment is occurring.
  • Analyse market trends to identify potential business opportunities when contacting new employers, focusing on small enterprises.
  • Evaluate participant suitability for employer vacancies and ensure they possess the required capabilities and experience.
  • Meet performance targets and KPIs, continuously seeking ways to improve.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of local employment markets and trends.
  • Possess sales skills, able to pitch in a personable and engaging manner.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentational abilities.
  • Show ability to effectively network and build relationships internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate experience working in outcomes/target-based environments.
