About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Grocery Buyer Engagement Specialist to join our team at itsu. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading FMCG company, driving growth and innovation in the grocery sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing buyer engagement across various channels, including samples, food safaris, trade shows, and head office sampling. They will work closely with the sales team to bring the itsu brand to life in store and online, developing and executing strategies to drive sales and increase market share.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing buyer engagement activities to achieve business objectives
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase market share
  • Collaborating with the sales team to optimize in-store displays and promotional activities
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and consumer behavior

What You Need

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in FMCG marketing, trade/shopper marketing, or category management
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Commercial mindset and ability to drive sales growth
