Family Engagement Officer

As a key member of our team, you will support our Cumberland Youth Voice participation and engagement groups. You will work creatively with children and young people from various backgrounds to ensure their voices are heard and valued.
This role requires a strong commitment to creating inclusive environments that value diversity and promote social justice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, young people, and families from diverse backgrounds.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting youth voice and participation initiatives
- Developing and implementing family engagement strategies
- Building relationships with schools, community groups, and stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities
What we offer:
