Job Summary:

Deliver outstanding resident experiences by planning and implementing engaging activities programmes, fostering a sense of community and belonging within the care home.

Main Tasks:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' interests, skills, and abilities to create tailored activity plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives that promote resident wellbeing and engagement.

  • A creative and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to residents.

£20,000 - £26,000 per annum
