We are seeking a Part-time Receptionist to join our team at Hamilton Grove, where we foster growth and autonomy in a welcoming setting.
As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for warmly greeting residents and visitors while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:- Ensure secure entry procedures are followed at the Welcome Center.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to relevant areas.
- Maintain and update necessary documents as required.
- Distribute mail to residents and departments efficiently.
- Manage resident, phone, and staff lists accurately.
- Collaborate with the Business Office Manager to process payments, manage cash handling, and oversee postage stock.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in long-term care or retirement communities and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Working Hours:- Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Sundays: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Additional hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) will be added starting in Spring 2025.
