Job Title Overview:

As a Customer Service Liaison at Amazon UK Services Ltd., you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences from within our delivery stations. Your primary responsibility will be to organise successful re-delivery attempts for customers' parcels by calling them to confirm crucial delivery details and preventing further delivery delays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by proactively addressing delivery issues and resolving customer concerns.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams and Delivery Service Partners to ensure packages are re-delivered successfully on the same day.
- Work to pre-emptively solve delivery defects to reduce customer effort.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and delivery attempts.

Requirements:
- Right to work in the United Kingdom without restrictions.
- Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Flexible with regards to shift work (non-negotiable time schedule of 10am-8:45pm).
- Exceptional communication skills in English, including clear and concise communication in writing and speech, listening, and interpreting customer needs.
- Excellent time-management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment while maintaining standards for productivity, quality, and service.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
