Tenancy Support and Income Maximisation

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Tenancy Support and Income Maximisation Officer. This role is critical in supporting our Income Collection function to maximise and sustain rental income and other debts.

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners. Your negotiation skills and experience in managing conflicting priorities will enable you to deliver effective outcomes.

This position offers a competitive salary of £25,587.44 per annum (£28,107.11 per annum after 12 months' successful performance) and benefits including 28 days holidays plus bank holidays and flexible working options.

  • Support the Income Collection function to maximise and sustain rental income and other debts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent arrears escalation.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve income collection targets.
  • Implement proactive customer contact and engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
