Administrative Support Services Team Coordinator

In the role of Administrative Support Services Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a professional, efficient, and confidential administrative service to a busy clinical team. Located in Leeds and York, this position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with excellent transport links between both locations.
About the Role
The successful candidate will manage the administrative provision for the CAMHS service, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team and administrators. You will be required to implement, direct, monitor, and review systems and processes while delivering high-quality administrative support. This involves managing teams, coordinating tasks, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative team, ensuring seamless delivery of services
- Develop and maintain systems and processes to optimize productivity
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared goals
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in administrative management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with team management and leadership
