Automotive Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Stoneacre Motor Group. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in vehicle administration and customer service.
About the Role:

As an Automotive Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support dealing with all aspects of vehicle administration. You will work closely with the branch Accountant to ensure seamless operations and make each Stoneacre customer feel valued.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of new and used vehicles entering stock
- Raise invoices for retail, fleet, trade, and inter-branch sales
- Prepare and complete relevant paperwork efficiently
- Support the sales department in daily controls and monitor admin reports regularly
- Work effectively alongside the Accounts, Service, and Parts departments to achieve business goals
- Maintain a professional manner at all times and ensure prompt delivery of vehicles
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in sales administration within the automotive industry or equivalent experience in another environment. You must be computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
