Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Parts Management Leader to join our team at Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Parts Department, ensuring the parts advisors achieve their daily targets.

Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership and direction to the parts department
* Ensure the dealership achieves optimum market penetration by maximising sales of parts to trade and retail outlets
* Manage parts stock levels and keep debtors to a minimum
* Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all department administration and operational data
* Develop a marketing and publicity strategy to promote all products and services effectively
* Brief the team regarding department objectives and give regular feedback on achievements
* Develop and maintain professional working relationships with supplier's external representatives
* Achieve the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced parts professional with leadership experience, ideally from the franchised dealership sector. In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate the following skills:

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
* A professional and calm approach with strong stakeholder management skills
* Proven business acumen, problem-solving abilities and relationship-building skills
