We Are Refyne, a leading partner for Beauty brands globally, is seeking an experienced Affiliate & Partnership Executive to join our team. As a key member of our partnership team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth through strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities include researching and identifying new affiliate partners, creating a recruitment strategy, and monitoring their performance. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop effective strategies to meet their goals.
This role requires strong analytical skills, with a focus on using data to inform decision-making. You will also need to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
The successful candidate will have a basic knowledge of affiliate marketing and be willing to learn more. A strong proficiency in Excel is essential, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
