Affiliate Growth Manager

**Role Overview**
We Are Refyne is seeking an Affiliate & Partnership Executive to join our team. As a key member of our affiliate growth team, you will be responsible for researching and identifying new affiliate partners, building and maintaining relationships, and implementing strategies to drive growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and identify new affiliate partners relevant to client programs
- Build and maintain affiliate relationships, negotiating added value and optimum exposure for campaigns
- Suggest and implement innovations in the channel to facilitate growth
- Provide ad-hoc support for reporting across all clients
- Validate affiliate transactions and share data with relevant team members/clients
**Requirements**
- Familiarity with affiliate partners and willingness to learn more
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication skills
**Salary: Upto £35,000 + Bonuses + Hybrid working in Manchester area and amazing benefits**
