We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Sandbach, who can provide exceptional care and support to an individual with autism. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and supporting the individual with managing risks and meeting their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the individual with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management
- Encourage participation in activities, such as water play, watching TV, and walking
- Provide emotional support and guidance to the individual, while also promoting independence and autonomy

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or learning disabilities
- Ability to work flexibly and provide support during various shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to form positive relationships with the individual and other stakeholders

Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £13.50 per hour (enhanced hourly rate on Bank Holidays)
