About the Job

Sugarman Health & Wellbeing is currently recruiting a Support Worker to join our team based in Sandbach. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference in the lives of others. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 support to an individual with autism in their own home.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence and self-advocacy, and supporting the individual with challenging behaviors and anxiety. You will also be required to engage in activities that bring the individual joy and comfort, such as water play, watching TV, and walking.

Able to work flexible hours, including waking nights, you will be required to provide shifts between 0800-2000 days and 2000-0800 waking nights. In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £13.50 per hour, plus enhanced rates for Bank Holidays.
