Job Overview

This role involves working as a Comprehensive Care Worker, supporting clients with complex health needs. Your responsibilities will include developing care plans, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring clients' comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients with complex health conditions.
  2. Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  3. Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
  4. Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  5. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
  6. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in complex care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, upbeat, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work specified hours.
  • Valid UK driver's license.

Salary Range

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
