Personal Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Crewe, Cheshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex health needs in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and maintain their quality of life.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position available for 12-hour day shifts, with occasional night shifts to cover sickness and annual leave.
- You will work closely with our clients to support them with personal care, medication management, moving and handling, and clinical equipment maintenance.
- No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided by our experienced Care Managers.
