Companion Care Worker

Cera Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Companion Care Worker to join our team in Crewe. As a Companion Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and practical help to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Engaging clients in activities that promote mental and physical well-being, such as conversation, exercise, and hobbies
Requirements:
- No previous experience is required, but a kind heart and willingness to learn are essential
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights
