Mental Health Support Worker

Cygnet Health Care is a dynamic and innovative healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality care and support services to individuals with mental health issues or learning disabilities. We are currently seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Nield House in Crewe.
In this critical role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care and support services that promote independence, dignity, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, providing one-on-one support and therapy, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless care transitions. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and practices that enhance the quality of care and services provided by our organization.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £22,500-£26,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including enhanced maternity leave, free life assurance cover, and access to professional development opportunities.
