Mental Health Care Assistant

At Sugarman Health & Wellbeing, we are currently recruiting a female Support Worker to join our team in Crewe. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to one of our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to our service user, promoting her independence and well-being
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Encourage and facilitate social interaction, supporting her hobbies and interests
- Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure consistent and effective care
Requirements
- Female applicants only due to service user's needs
- Driving license preferred but not essential
- Previous experience working with individuals with mental health conditions and/or learning disabilities is desirable
- Inspiring attitude and ability to promote bespoke care and support
Working Arrangements
- Full-time position available
- Shifts will be primarily daytime, with some flexibility to accommodate service user's needs
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate of £15 per hour (enhanced rate on Bank Holidays)
