As a Compassionate Support Worker with Bluebird Care, you will be an integral part of our team, delivering personalized care that enhances the lives of our customers. With a focus on promoting health and well-being, you will work closely with our clients to develop tailored care plans that meet their unique needs.

The hourly salary for this role is estimated at £14.00, rising to £17.00 on weekends and £19.80 on bank holidays. You will also receive a competitive mileage allowance and 28 days' holiday pro rata.

To excel as a Compassionate Support Worker, you will require strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a deep understanding of the importance of quality care. You must hold a full and valid UK driving license, have access to a car, and be eligible to work in the UK.
