Job Description

Your primary responsibility as a Support Worker will be to support service users in leading full and active lives, considering their assessed needs and individual care plans. This may involve:

  1. Providing emotional support and promoting a person-centered approach to care
  2. Supporting service users to participate in chosen social activities and services in their community
  3. Maintaining accurate records of service user interactions and incidents
