Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Cheshire area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage a team of caregivers and provide coaching and mentoring to improve their skills
  • To develop and maintain relationships with local authorities and healthcare professionals
  • To ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates will need to have:

  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
  • A strong understanding of adult social care and CQC regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
