Childcare Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our residential team as a Childcare Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a supportive and therapeutic environment for children who have experienced trauma. Your primary focus will be on building positive relationships with each child and young person, meeting their needs, and ensuring their well-being and happiness.
About the JobYour key responsibilities will include supporting children and young people in all aspects of their life, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, development, and daily routines such as school attendance, hobbies, attending appointments, and maintaining links with family. You will work collaboratively with the Registered Homes Manager and Senior Residential Support Workers to achieve this goal.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an excellent range of benefits, including a guaranteed pension, flexitime, and extensive training opportunities.
