We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our residential team as a Nurturing Children's Lives Career professional. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our children and young people.
About the PositionAs a Residential Childcare Worker, your primary focus will be on building positive relationships with each child and young person, meeting their needs, and ensuring their well-being and happiness. You will work closely with the Registered Homes Manager and Senior Residential Support Workers to ensure we meet the Statement of Purpose, delivering high-quality childcare services.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an excellent range of benefits, including a guaranteed pension, on-site parking, and extensive training opportunities.
