Women In Healthcare (WIH) Ltd is a reputable organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to young adults in need. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of a Childrens Home Registered Manager.

Role Overview

This is a full-time position requiring strong leadership skills, experience in managing Ofsted-rated Good or above homes, and a deep understanding of current legislation related to children's care. The successful candidate will lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and make a positive impact in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • To manage and lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to young adults in need
  • To ensure compliance with current legislation related to children's care
  • To work closely with other departments to achieve organizational goals

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 per year, plus various bonuses.

Qualifications and Experience
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare) or working towards it
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or above home
  • Experience working with children and young people aged 16+ with challenging behaviors
  • In-depth knowledge of current legislation related to children's care

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and driven individual with excellent leadership skills and a passion for working with young adults in need.
