About the Opportunity
We are recruiting for an experienced Healthcare Leadership Position in Older People's Homes, to join our team in Cheshire. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading our residential home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality care. They will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a passion for excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The role offers a competitive salary of £42,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the delivery of high-quality care to residents
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the needs of residents
- Fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Requirements
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
- Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
