Job Description

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, experience in managing Ofsted-rated Good or above homes, and a deep understanding of current legislation related to children's care.

  • Location: Crewe
  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and will be responsible for leading a team of staff to achieve this goal.

Requirements
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare) or working towards it
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or above home
  • Experience working with children and young people aged 16+ with challenging behaviors
  • In-depth knowledge of current legislation related to children's care

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 per year, with various bonuses to be discussed during the interview process.
