SRC is seeking a skilled Residential Care Manager to lead their residential and supported living service in the Cheshire area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional care services to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.

The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and hold a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent. They will also demonstrate strong staff management skills, excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, and health and social care legislation.

We offer a competitive salary of £52,000-£62,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for professional development and career growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing care plans that promote independence and well-being among service users
  • Maintaining high standards of care quality, adhering to CQC regulations, and ensuring compliance with health and social care legislation
  • Providing leadership and guidance to care professionals to ensure delivery of person-centered care services
