Healthcare Director

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in Cheshire, catering to older people with dementia. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy, preferably with CQC registration or equivalent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional to take on a leadership role. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced healthcare professionals who provide person-centered care to our residents. You will be expected to promote high-quality care and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, including families and external partners.
Requirements:
- Leadership and Management: Hold QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care qualifications (preferred)
- Care Home Experience: Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes
- Staff Management: Possess strong staff management skills
- CQC Regulations: Have excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Patient-Centered Care: Demonstrate enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve Outstanding ratings and deliver the highest quality person-centered care
What We Offer:
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
