We are seeking a Medical Director - Stroke Services to lead our Transformation Unit's efforts in delivering high-quality stroke care. As a senior clinical leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and ensuring seamless care delivery.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise and leadership skills to drive change and improve stroke care services. You will work closely with our team at the University Hospital of North Midlands, primarily based at Mid Cheshire Hospital Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing stroke care strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Leading and managing stroke unit teams to ensure efficient care delivery.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives.

We offer a highly competitive salary package, including a base salary range of £105,504 - £139,882 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Degree in Medicine or equivalent qualification.
  • Full GMC Registration and MRCP (or equivalent).
  • Sub-specialty training in Stroke medicine and significant experience in leading and managing healthcare teams.
