About This Role

We are seeking an experienced healthcare executive to join our team as a Senior Nursing Leadership role. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving quality improvement and excellence in patient care.

As Deputy Director for Quality, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services across our division. Your expertise and vision will shape our nursing strategy and ensure that we continue to provide outstanding care to our patients.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, a passion for quality improvement, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Nursing in developing and implementing the nursing strategy
  • Lead change management initiatives to improve quality and safety
  • Work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans

Requirements:

  • First Level registration with the NMC
  • Demonstrated specialist leadership/management/clinical knowledge through training and experience
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
