Job Title: Therapy Support Professional

About the Position:

  • Offer expert support to service patients, families, and clinical leads, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Effectively manage workload, focusing on task organization and project execution to meet KPIs and objectives.
  • Engage in continuous learning through professional development programs, identifying skill gaps and addressing training needs.
  • Leverage technology, including Microsoft Office software, to optimize processes and boost productivity.
  • Prior customer service experience is mandatory for success in this role.

Compensation Package:

  • The estimated salary range for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
  • Annual leave starting at 23 days, rising to 25 days within two years.
