We are committed to providing high-quality care to looked-after children with emotional and behavioural difficulties and learning disabilities in seven OFSTED residential children's homes for ages 7 to 18 years of age.

Role Overview

This Support Worker role involves providing daily care to looked after children (LAC) living in a group environment, enabling them to build solid professional relationships and succeed as part of our team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care to LAC.
  • Enable access to safe and supportive educational and leisure activities.
  • Support the development of life skills.
  • Represent Homes for Support and advocate for children.
Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position is £25,200.00 to £39,564.00 per annum, depending on the working pattern and professional qualifications.

Shift working pattern options include 2 days work and 4 days off work or 3 days work and 3 days off work.
