
Youth Care Home Supervisor

Job Description:
- The Residential Manager will be responsible for the daily management of our residential service for young people, ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment
- The successful candidate will have a strong background in children's services, with experience in staff management, budgeting, and compliance with relevant legislation
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a young people's service
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, building strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and stakeholders
What We Offer:
