Advanced Healthcare Professional for Community Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist to join our team in Crewe, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. As a Therapy Team Lead for Complex Cases, you will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload and providing leadership and management support to junior staff and students.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy or occupational therapy, with experience of working in the NHS and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care. You will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a clinical caseload with autonomy, work without direct supervision.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Supervise junior staff and students, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to therapy services.
