About the Role

  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Requirements
  • Experience in complex care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
