As a Registered General Nurse with Care UK, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, supporting residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels, and promoting a culture of compassion and respect.
About the Role:
- Provide outstanding leadership and guidance to care staff
- Support residents to maintain their independence and dignity
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Take ownership of resident safety and well-being, ensuring that our homes are a safe and welcoming environment
What We Offer:

- 33-39 hours per week, depending on the needs of the home
