At Cera Care, we're seeking a compassionate Care Professional to join our team in Crewe. This rewarding role involves supporting our clients at home, providing essential care and companionship to enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
- Manage medications, cook hot meals, and perform domestic tasks
- Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients
