Public Health Nursing Job
We are seeking a skilled Public Health Nursing specialist to join our 0-19+ Service in Cheshire East. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in promoting public health and well-being within the community.
With your extensive knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and professional codes, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of families, providing support and guidance to ensure the best possible outcomes for all.

Job Requirements
- RN (Adult or Child/RSCN) or RM qualification
- BSc/Public Health Nursing - Health Visiting or equivalent degree
- V100 Nurse Prescriber qualification
- Motivational Interviewing training
- Solihull Approach training
- Promotional Interviewing training
- Experience managing a Health Visiting caseload
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Leadership experience in assessment, planning, and evaluation of care
- Integrated working experience
- Proficiency in using email, internet, and word processing software
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding issues
