About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality support to service patients, families, and clinical leads, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks and projects to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
- Develop your skills through comprehensive training programs, identifying areas for improvement and addressing training needs.
- Leverage IT systems, including Microsoft Office software, to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Prior customer service experience is essential for this role.
