About the RoleWe are seeking an Autism Care Specialist to join our team in Crewe. As a key member of our support team, you will provide high-quality care and support to an individual with a diagnosis of Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Epilepsy.
Job Description- Support the individual in their daily life, promoting independence and well-being
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, taking into account the individual's needs and goals
- Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Experience working with individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Epilepsy
- Relevant qualifications and training, such as QCF or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A highly competitive salary of £12.60 per hour
