Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality care to residents.
- Working closely with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues promptly.
Requirements:
- A qualified RGN, RMN, or RNLD with a valid NMC pin.
- A dedicated professional with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Up-to-date clinical knowledge (training provided if needed).
