Job Summary:
Senior Adviser role available in Cheshire with Baywater Healthcare. The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience and be able to use IT systems, including Microsoft Office software. You will work closely with patients, families, and clinical leads to provide empathetic support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads
* Manage workload, including organizing tasks and project work to achieve KPIs and objectives
* Complete training to identify and address training needs
* Use IT systems, including Microsoft Office software
