Do you have a strong background in nursing leadership and a passion for quality improvement?

As a Head of Patient Care, you will lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance patient care and experience within the Division of Medicine and Emergency Care. This includes working closely with the Head of Nursing and other stakeholders to deliver the clinical service strategy across the division.

You will be responsible for ensuring that each matron has an effective workforce plan to support service delivery and Quality Standards. Your expertise in clinical governance, patient and public involvement, and operational management will be essential in driving quality improvements and enhancing patient experience.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.
