Experienced Senior Health Care Manager Required

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join our team at SCR in Cheshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our residential service catering to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and hold a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent.
Main Responsibilities:- Staff supervision and development
- CQC compliance and regulatory requirements
- Delivering high-quality care services
- Relevant experience as a Registered Manager (Learning Disabilities preferred)
- Leadership and management qualifications (e.g. QCF Level 5, Registered Managers Award)
- Strong staff management and communication skills
- Expertise in CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Dedication to delivering exceptional care outcomes
This role comes with an attractive estimated salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
