Job Title: Health Visitor

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Health Visitor to join our team in Cheshire East, Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work as part of an integrated 0-19+ Team, providing support to families and communities across the region.

This is a part-time position, requiring the ability to work independently and as part of a team. As a key stakeholder in safeguarding children, you will collaborate with other agencies to meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, audits, and professional codes. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff and students.
